Real execution view of processes
We deliver a process X-ray of real execution, activities, peaks, and idle time.
The real execution path is unclear and process overlap makes linear measurement difficult, so bottlenecks and backtracking stay hidden.
We deliver an activity-based process X-ray that reveals step overlap, knowledge base usage, peaks, and idle time.
JC360 data provides an X-ray of the real process flow: which activities dominate, where steps blend together, and where idle or peak time appears.
Because processes often overlap, linear measurement can mislead, so we use activity-based workflow measurement to separate steps cleanly. Net effort time counts only steps that belong to the process, filters unrelated activity, and includes out-of-system tasks when they belong to the process.
The measurement also shows whether the right applications and knowledge bases are used. The result is a transparent process view that supports step identification, training, and automation focus.
