JC360 Consulting is built on the data-driven approach of the JC360 platform and is dedicated to diagnostic consulting. Its mission is to deliver a factual, organization-level view of operations and provide prioritized decision-support recommendations in well-scoped projects.
Since 2010 we have focused on analyzing and steering day-to-day work with objective data. JC360 Consulting builds on this decade-long experience by connecting measurement capabilities with consulting methodology in time-boxed, project-based programs.
A typical program runs for a few weeks, uses 100% sampling, and closes with an executive summary report and action list.

We clarify scope: which areas, roles, processes, systems, or time windows to include, and what decisions the results must support.

Measurement framework and rollout
We set up the measurement framework, configure the system, and deploy the client-side components. Projects run fully online with 24/7 support.

Time-boxed measurement period
Measurements typically run for 3–6 weeks, collecting data across the agreed dimensions: applications, processes, meetings, peaks, and more.

Analysis, workshop, validation
After the measurement closes, we identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities, and validate findings with workshops if needed.

Executive report and recommendations
We deliver an executive summary, baseline metrics, and a prioritized recommendation list with clear intervention directions.

Data handling and closure
At project end the JC360 system is removed and data is handled per agreement. Structured raw data (e.g., CSV exports) can be provided on request.
