JC360 Consulting is an advisory service built on the JC360 measurement and analytics tool. This website provides information about our services and offers the option to request a quote and contact us online. The personal data requested for these purposes is voluntary and used only to handle your inquiries.

- Phone number
- Selected measurements
- Preferred start date
- Deployment option
- Project goal / note (message field)
- Data processing consent checkbox
If reCAPTCHA protection is enabled, the system also processes a technical protection token (recaptcha_token).
4. Purpose of processing
We process data to handle quote requests, maintain contact, prepare service delivery, and produce basic website statistics.
5. Legal basis
Processing of the data provided in the quote request form is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Cookie usage is based on your consent.
6. Data storage location
Data is stored on servers managed by JobCTRL Kft.
7. Data retention
We retain data for 1 year. If you request deletion, we remove the data earlier.
8. Data sharing
We do not share data with third parties.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, data portability, and object to processing in accordance with applicable law. Upon an access request, we inform you about the data we process. On a rectification request, we update inaccurate data; on a deletion request, we erase data without undue delay; and on a restriction request, we limit processing to the affected records. For portability requests, we provide the data you supplied in a machine-readable format. If you object, we assess whether we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing.
